1. For our customers (potential candidates and seafarers) we are searching reliable, well-paid/honestly paid and legal jobs. We assume that a well-qualified specialist is better motivated to work and is more efficient. He respects the employers and makes positive opinions about your company and our Agency. Enjoying a good reputation we receive many interesting offers as people know they can trust us.
2. Our Business Partners (future employers of Polish seafarers) are offered well-qualified candidates. We do our best to select every individual according to recommendations and requirements presented to our Agency. In case an employer is not satisfied with our choice due to some private or business negligence we substitute the seafarer with another candidate at our cost.
